Once you become a member and purchase your bid package, you can start bidding. Each bid package has 10 bids to be used on all listed properties. Review all seller profiles, then decide which properties you want to bid your commission to. Listed properties will have photos, a detailed description and even Google Maps TM to help you make the correct bid decision. Each property can be bid on only once in a 24hr period. This ensures sellers and agents have ample time to evaluate the bids. You are only limited by the amount of bids you purchase.
