How does BidComHomes.com benefit me as an agent over other marketing programs?

Regardless of your real estate status, you have an equal opportunity to maximize your listings by bidding your commission to motivated sellers. BidComHomes.com offers the most competitive bid option for maximizing your listing potential.

What exactly is a "bid commission?"

A bid commission is a purchased block of 10 bids.

When can I start bidding?

You can bid instantly once you become a member and purchase your bids.

How do I place a bid?

You simply go to the "Start Bidding" tab and place your commission bid on any listed property.

How does the bid process work?

Once you sign up as a member, simply search the data base of seller properties and bid. Your bid is sent as an email to the seller showing your bid commission rate, profile and contact information.

How many times can I bid?

As a member you will be able to bid on any property at any time. Each property can be bid on only once in a 24hr period. This ensures sellers and agents have time to consider the bids. You are only limited by the amount of bids you purchase.

What happens if I do not hear back from the seller?

Not all sellers will respond to your bid commission, however do not be discouraged. You may want to adjust your bid commission percentage if you are not getting the results you desire.

What happens if a seller accepts my bid?

You will receive a confirmation email from the seller who may want more information and a possible meeting to discuss the particulars of the commission.

If a seller accepts my bid, am I contractually bound?

No, the bid commission is not deemed a contract but will be taken in "good faith" with respects to the commission offered by the agent.

Will my agent information be visible to the public?

Upon sign up, you will be given the option to have your profile listed on our website under "agent profiles" or you may choose not to be listed and your information will not be shared with the public.

Will I know how many bids have been placed on a particular listing?
